A kit gives you the materials and the formulas to work through. What it cannot give you is someone reading your compositions back to you — and that feedback is what turns a set of bottles into an actual practice.
The Alurent Perfumery Online School teaches perfumery online in sequence, from raw materials through to finished compositions, with set exercises and a tutor responding to what you make. It pairs naturally with the Foundations and Accord Building kits, which cover the same ground at the bench.
